CRAFT Awareness Session

The CRAFT Awareness Session is a 3.5-hour live virtual introduction to the CRAFT framework — Culture, Relationships, Acceptance, Focus, Trajectory — for leaders and teams who want to understand why transformations stall before committing to a full program. McKinsey and Gartner research both put transformation failure rates above 70%. The cause is rarely strategy. It is the human and organizational fundamentals that were skipped.

This is not a lecture on theory. For each of the five elements, the session looks at the assumption leaders commonly make, why it causes transformations to fail, and the paradigm shift that replaces it, with a short self-assessment checkpoint along the way so you can see where your own organization stands. You leave with your first CRAFT Alignment Read: a quick view of where your organization is most aligned, and where it is most exposed.

Prerequisites: there are no prerequisites for this session.

Upon completion you will be able to explain why transformations stall at the level of fundamentals rather than strategy; name the five CRAFT elements and why they are sequenced the way they are; recognize the common assumption behind each element and the paradigm shift that replaces it; describe where your own organization is most aligned and most exposed; and decide whether, and where, to go deeper with the CRAFT Foundation Course.

Completion: participants receive a Certificate of Attendance. The Awareness Session is the starting point of the CRAFT learning pathway (Awareness → Foundation → Practitioner → Professional) and does not include a certification exam.

Duration: 3.5 hours, live virtual, offered in North America and Europe time slots. Class size is limited to 20 participants. Price: $395 US.

Payment is not required upon registration. Once this course is confirmed, a Value Shepherd team member will contact you for payment. Call 1-833-825-8348 for Canadian pricing.
