CRAFT Practitioner – 5-Day Intensive

The CRAFT Practitioner program moves you beyond understanding the CRAFT framework and into practicing it. Harvard Business Review and Balanced Scorecard research point to the same challenge: roughly 67% of well-formulated strategies fail on execution, because leaders cannot translate them into consistent action. CRAFT Practitioner builds the applied capability to lead that execution through Culture, Relationships, Acceptance, Focus, and Trajectory.

The program is five independent one-day modules. Take one, several, or all five back-to-back in the 5-Day Intensive for the full 35-hour track. Every module opens with a short recap of that element's CRAFT Associate (CCA) concepts, teaches two core models with a small-group case exercise for each, and closes with an integration session.

The five modules: Culture (the Cultural Mapping Exercise and the Culture-Strategy Alignment Process); Relationships (TRC² Scoring in Practice and the Relationship Portfolio Map); Acceptance (Diagnosing the Ladder of Acceptance and the See-Ask-Support-Invite methodology); Focus (the Brutal Filter in Practice and the Sustaining Focus Methodology); Trajectory (Alignment Analysis in Practice and Leading/Lagging Indicator Design).

Prerequisites: participants should hold, or be actively pursuing, the CRAFT Associate (CCA) certification before their first module.

Participants receive a workbook and case packets for each module attended, a completed diagnostic exercise applied to a real case from their own organization, two applied case exercises per element (one diagnostic, one intervention-design), a badge of completion per module (attend all five for full CCP-track credit) and CCP exam-readiness notes.

Who should attend: leaders and managers already applying CRAFT day to day; CRAFT Associates (CCA) ready to move to applied practice; transformation, change, technology and business professionals who want deeper capability in one or more CRAFT elements; and practitioners who want tools they can use immediately.

Pre-work: choose your starting module based on your organization's most pressing need; there is no required order. Bring a real, current example from your organization to work through in each module you attend.

Certification and exam: this program prepares you for the CRAFT Practitioner (CCP) exam, which draws from all five modules at an Apply/Analyze level and includes an interview. You can sit the exam after completing all five modules, or challenge it directly. The CCP credential also requires the CRAFT Associate (CCA) plus an accredited external certification (for example PMI, ITIL, SHRM, Prosci, or Scrum Alliance). The CCP exam fee ($499) is in addition to tuition.

Duration: 5 full days back-to-back, live virtual, North America time zones. Class size is limited to 20 participants, working in tables of 4–5. Price: $3,495 US, plus the $499 CCP exam fee.
