CRAFT Professional

The CRAFT Professional program is where Practitioner skill becomes Professional judgment. Over five days you build the full CRAFT Professional practice: the five Primary Functions, the responsibilities that come with them, and the ten interpersonal-mastery skills that make the judgment real. This is a working program, not a lecture series. Every day pairs one Primary Function with two interpersonal skill clusters, taught and then immediately applied to a live case or role-play.

You build and defend a work product each day, and the week closes with the certification pathway: the CRAFT Fundamentals Professionals Exam, a comprehensive interview with a CRAFT Certified Master and Executive Team members, and your commitment to the CRAFT Code of Ethics.

The five days: Day 1, Transformation Diagnostician (Diagnostic Listening, Emotional Intelligence) — a diagnosis. Day 2, Implementation Partner (Relationship Building, Communication Excellence) — a governance design. Day 3, Capability Builder (Coaching and Development, Adaptive Problem-Solving) — a capability-transfer plan. Day 4, Strategic Advisor (Influence Without Authority, Conflict Navigation) — a strategic recommendation. Day 5, Change Agent (Resilience and Sustainability, Integrity and Ethics) — a re-energizing intervention.

Prerequisites: CRAFT Practitioner (CCP) certification; a Bachelor's degree or higher; at least one qualifying advanced external certification (for example PMI PMP/PgMP, BRMP, ITIL/ITSM, Prosci Change Practitioner, Scrum Master/Agile Coach, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or a Board-approved equivalent); and advanced leadership, consulting, or influencer experience (60+ months within the past 8 years).

Participants receive function playbooks for all five Primary Functions, interpersonal-skill practice guides for all ten skill clusters, case scenario packets and the CRAFT Fundamentals Professionals Exam registration guide.

Upon completion you will be able to conduct a comprehensive five-element assessment and map the stakeholder and power landscape; co-design a phased implementation and governance structure with clear decision rights; build a capability-transfer plan and an internal champions network; build and defend a strategic recommendation on a contested portfolio; diagnose resistance in a stalling transformation and design a re-energizing intervention; and apply the CRAFT Code of Ethics under real interpersonal pressure.

Pre-work: re-familiarize yourself with the Ladder of Acceptance, the Brutal Filter, and the Relationship Portfolio Map; Day 1 assumes fluency. Bring one real (anonymized) transformation scenario you have worked on or observed, plus your CCP certification confirmation and your external certification for verification.

Certification and exam: the CRAFT Professional (CCPro) credential combines this program with a Bachelor's degree or higher, 60+ months of relevant experience within the past 8 years, a qualifying advanced external certification, 80 credit hours of CRAFT training, a passing score on the CRAFT Fundamentals Professionals Exam, a comprehensive interview, and your affirmed commitment to the CRAFT Code of Ethics. The Professional exam fee ($599) is in addition to tuition.

Duration: 5 full days, live virtual, North America time zones. Price: $3,495 US, plus the $599 exam fee.
