  1. Business Partner Assessing Provider: Participants dive into the dynamics of assessing provider performance through the lens of a business partner. Business Unit Assessing Provider: From the standpoint of a business unit, participants explore the impact of provider relationships on operational efficiency, service delivery, and overall performance. Through scenario analysis and collaborative interaction, they assess the maturity level of provider relationships and pinpoint areas for enhancement to drive greater business value.

  3. Business as an Entity Assessing Provider: Participants take a holistic view of provider relationships, evaluating their alignment with overarching organizational objectives and strategies. At the core of the workshop are five maturity levels—Ad-Hoc, Order Taker, Service Provider, Trusted Advisor, and Strategic Partner—that serve as benchmarks for assessing the depth and maturity of relationships.
