“We should be doing something with AI.” You’ve probably heard it. But where do you start—with a problem people already have, or possibilities they haven’t thought of yet?
BRMs can help with both. Some opportunities are buried in workarounds, repeated effort, and problems people have learned to live with. Others need fresh perspectives and space to explore what could be different.
This course is about creating those conversations. You don’t need to be the AI expert. You need to help people ask useful questions, connect with the right expertise, and work out which ideas deserve further exploration.
What we’ll work on
- Finding opportunities in existing pain points, workarounds, and unmet needs.
- Bringing outside perspectives and internal experience together to explore new possibilities.
- Planning discovery conversations and workshops that move beyond familiar answers.
- Connecting ideas to intended value—not simply enthusiasm for the technology.
- Identifying assumptions, questions, and expertise needed before moving forward.
- Helping partners choose a useful next step, including when AI may not be the answer.
We’ll work through both an existing business challenge and a more open-ended discovery exercise. You’ll leave with an approach to planning these conversations and helping promising ideas take shape. This isn’t technical AI training or a demonstration of the latest productivity tools.
